The cleanest current pattern is:

1. fill out the intake template
2. upload the intake plus the actual case or candidate material
3. keep the portal prompt short

Do not rely on instructions alone. The actual case material must be present.

Common Mistakes

• selecting every psychology mode at once

• uploading only instructions instead of the real case
• forgetting role and company context in hiring work
